Welcome to Sooryamsu Global Tutors ("Platform", "we", "our"). By registering, accessing, or using our website located at https://tutors.sooryamsu.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.
1. Eligibility & User Accounts
Users must be at least 18 years of age to register independently as an Educator or Student. Minor students under the age of 18 may only use the platform under the active supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Users agree to provide truthful, complete, and accurate information during registration.
2. Nature of the Platform
Sooryamsu Global Tutors operates as an independent educational marketplace facilitating direct connections between students and educators. While we enforce automated AI KYC verification, educators operate as independent professionals and are not employees, agents, or partners of the platform.
3. Educator Conduct & Zero Tolerance Policy
Educators registering on the platform agree to:
- Accurately state their qualifications, experience, and pricing.
- Conduct all lessons with professional decorum, respect, and punctuality.
- Adhere to a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct. Any educator found violating these standards will face immediate, permanent account termination.
4. Wallet Coins, Lead Unlocks & Fees
Educators may purchase digital wallet coins to unlock verified student requirements (leads) listed on the Tutor Jobs board. Each lead unlock requires a standard deduction of 10 Coins. Coins are dedicated platform credits used exclusively for accessing student leads and are non-transferable.
5. Zero Commission on Tutoring Sessions
Sooryamsu Global Tutors does not charge commission fees on ongoing tuition sessions agreed between tutors and students. Hourly tuition fees are negotiated and transacted directly between the educator and the student/parent.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform branding, design elements, logo graphics, and proprietary software algorithms are the intellectual property of Sooryamsu Global Tutors and may not be reproduced or duplicated without prior written consent.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ernakulam / Kochi, Kerala, India.
