• Student Learning Requests: Desired subject, academic level, budget, general location (City/State), and specific learning goals.
• Platform Communication: Messages exchanged between registered students and tutors through the portal inquiry hub.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To facilitate direct educational matching between verified teachers and students.
• To conduct identity screening, KYC verification, and prevent fake or fraudulent profiles.
• To manage wallet coin balances and platform dispute resolutions.
• To communicate essential system notifications, booking requests, and administrative alerts.

3. Absolute Data Protection & Non-Disclosure

We do NOT sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal data to any third-party advertisers or telemarketers. Your phone number is only made visible to verified educators who unlock student requirements, or shared mutually upon agreed bookings.

4. Payment & Financial Security

Sooryamsu Global Tutors uses authorized, industry-standard, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant Payment Aggregators (such as Razorpay and Stripe) for all wallet coin recharges and fee processing. We do not process or store sensitive payment credentials (such as full debit/credit card numbers, CVV codes, or net banking passwords) on our servers. All transactions are end-to-end encrypted via secure 256-bit SSL protocols.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

Our platform uses standard browser local storage and essential session cookies strictly to preserve your selected currency (e.g. INR, USD, AED, EUR), favorite educators, and secure login state. We do not use intrusive tracking cookies.
